About Our TeamJana and Brian Truman and team are here to help you achieve your commercial real estate goals.
Since founding Keller Williams in 1983, Gary Keller and his team have grown Keller Williams to be the number one real estate company both nationally and locally in Tennessee in agent count, closed volumes and closed units in 2018.
In 2009, Gary decided to create KW Commercial, and when Gary decides to do something, he goes BIG. KW Commercial is focused on controlling their own data, moving to digital platforms and owning the technology in all aspects of real estate. The success of KW Commercial is leading to remarkable opportunities for those who work at KW Commercial – Nashville and for those whom we serve. Our top-shelf training and local reputation combine to keep the momentum going for Accel Group, the premier real estate team in the KW Commercial – Nashville office. Nationally, KW Commercial has risen to #12 and every day locally KW Commercial is taking market share, fueled by referrals from more than 110,000 residential associate referrals.
Accel Group is part of KW Commercial, and is no stranger to success. Our commercial team consists of knowledgeable, results-driven brokers backed by the most innovative and scalable technology the commercial real estate industry has to offer in buying, selling and leasing retail, office, multifamily and industrial real estate.
Jana Truman has helped hundreds of individuals and companies find the right space, the right tenant, the right investment and the right purchase since 2014. Her husband, Brian, joined and brought the group to the next level. His previous national sales experience and his obsession with service have increased the team’s overall deal size and reach. The team is continuing to grow and will be adding more support staff and team members in the coming year.
In addition to her experience as a member of Keller Williams Realty – KW Commercial in the state of Tennessee, Jana worked as a commercial and residential trainee for three years before changing to commercial real estate sales. She has nearly 3000 hours of appraising industrial, multi-family, retail, office, residential and special use properties. As an appraiser she was painfully aware that commercial real estate appraisals do not take into account good will, market share and brand reputation, some of the main reasons people buy properties, in addition to cash flow stability and traffic counts.
She also has 17 years of business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing experience, is an expert in social media marketing, and knows how to use technology to market your property.
Jana has an extensive background in dealing with municipal and county zoning regulations in the Middle Tennessee Area. She has worked on many, many governmental committees, including the Nolensville Economic Development Committee, and knows how government works. She is a long time member of the Nolensville Trees and Trails committee. The committee analyzes and evaluates the plans submitted to the planning commission to create recommendations for making Nolensville trail connected and green space preservation.
Her burning desire is to help commercial real estate buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants connect and to help those transactions to be successful.
Her hobbies are helping people find jobs, learning about new technology, volunteering in the community—such as Boy Scouts—and anything to do with art and graphic design.
