Veteran CEO of Nashville restaurant business retires
Lonnie Stout, the longtime CEO of J. Alexander’s Holdings Inc. (NYSE: JAX), is stepping aside.
Mark Parkey, the company’s chief financial officer, will take over as CEO on May 1, according to a news release. Stout will serve as executive chairman of the company’s board of directors.
Jessica Hagler, currently the company’s chief accounting officer, will succeed Parkey in the role of CFO.
Stout is the only CEO in J. Alexander’s history.
